Successful candidate must be professional, self-motivated, reliable, and have flexible schedule during the week, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Job Description includes but not limited to:
Check guests in and out of the hotel according to hotel and/or brand standards.
Inform guests about the hotel's facilities, policies and procedures.
Make, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations.
Cash handling Perform Bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers Prepare and distribute daily reports.
Ensure Overall Guest Satisfaction.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
Skills and Abilities:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
Ability to maintain control and composure in difficult situations and exhibit good judgment.
