50 an hour The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottesville - Ruckersville is currently looking for an energetic, friendly, detailed oriented, and outgoing individual to join our Front Desk team.
Successful candidate must be professional, self-motivated, reliable, and have flexible schedule during the week, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Job Description includes but not limited to:
Provide second-to-none guest service Check guests in and out of the hotel according to hotel and/or brand standards.
Inform guests about the hotel's facilities, policies and procedures.
Make, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations.
Cash handling Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers Prepare and distribute daily reports.
Ensure Overall Guest Satisfaction.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
Skills and Abilities:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
Ability to maintain control and composure in difficult situations and exhibit good judgment.
Applicant must have reliable transportation and must be able to work a flexible schedule.
