As a Customer Care Representative, you key responsibilities will be:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
Upsell new and current customers on the latest offerings for pest control.
Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Convey sympathy through speech and written communication while remaining professional using proper grammar and punctuation.
Maintaining customer accounts including invoicing and billing.
Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Proficient with technology and attention to detail.
Contact clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
