This person will work directly with the Company President and be responsible for facilitating the accounting and human resource functions of the business.
Responsibilities may include:
Processing of bills and sending checks Verifying and inputting payables and receivables into Quickbooks Reconciling checks and ACH payments Making bank deposits and getting company mail Tracking and reporting bi-weekly payroll for employees and temps Tracking and recording vacation time Assisting with customer's returns program Anything else you can do to help make our organization successful Qualified candidates will:
Be efficient and able to multi-task on a computer Have experience with Quickbooks Be proficient with Microsoft Office Have exceptional attention to detail Have experience working in a small business Be professional, hard-working, non-smoking and easy to get along with Be willing to do what it takes to get the job done We offer a friendly, casual work environment.
This is a part-time position, where depending on the week, will range from 10-20 hours of work.
Hours can be flexible to suit the needs of the candidate and pay will start at $18.
